Legal environmental conflicts

If we currently live in a climate emergency situation, that is because in the name of progress, natural resources have been depleted to the point of upset the balance of the planet and threaten many forms of life, including our own.
Laws have often protected the rights of individuals over natural resources, which, since they belong to everyone, seem to belong to no one, or at least remain in no man’s land, in the midst of jurisdictional conflicts between regional, state and European laws. Laws and legal environmental specialists are needed to protect what it belongs to everyone.
We present environmental conflicts that occur in our immediate surroundings, analyzing the opposing sides, the pros and cons and the environmental costs of certain economic activities.
We approach the difficult dilemmas raised by our methods of industrial production, economic systems and and energy sources.
